Ok, I followed along with this and did pretty well up until I got to where the instructions say :Then select the Eraser Tool and a soft round brush about 200 pixels and set up opacity for this brush about 40%, after that make some cleaning work with lighting effects".
When I tried that, my image looked washed out. I stepped backward and tried it two more times, no good. I even clicked on lighting effects and that was disastrous.
Something else too: When I wanted to click on Merge Layers, my text was grayed out. I had to select a layer, hold down the shift key to select all the layers and THEN merge them.
My image is pretty close and not bad for the first attempt but not as good as I would like it to be. Pretty cool way though to make a neat stone image with text.
