In reply to the actual thread title: I won't be allowing HTML in sigs, that's for sure.

Hmm,maybe you shouldn't allow huge sigs,like maybe just 400px x 150px,and then the biggest size can be 1 megabite.

Mmmm... I'm pretty sure I did make a maximum size, might not apply to Danish here because he had it set as his sig before I made the restrictions.
