Photoshop Tutorials

In this Photoshop tutorial we’ll be walking through the process of making an abstract artwork, using abstract 3D renders, textures, and more.

David Leggett (GreyCobra) has recently started Tutorial9, GreyCobra’s predecessor. I’ve sort of been following it since the start, since the website looks top-notch quality, and also has some great, helpful tutorials on it.

He’s now taken Photoshop tutorial websites to the next level. What he’s done is made this ‘School of Photoshop,’ in which there are lessons, pre-school, kindergarten, 1st grade, and so on. It’s kind of like ‘You Suck at Photoshop,’ but this is actually helpful.

I recommend the Photoshop newbies definitely check this out, because this guy knows what he’s talking about!

In this Photoshop tutorial I will be walking you through the making of an interesting art piece, “The Eye, the Key of the Soul.”

In this tutorial we will use the burn tool, dodge tool, brushes, layer modes and more to add an interesting effect to an otherwise regular stock photo.

In this Photoshop tutorial we’ll be designing a simple but stylish fashion-themed advert. You know, so you can sell sunglasses and stuff

I was recently notified of a really cool website that has some free, top-notch seamless textures for free download. You can find these textures at All Things Designed. The maker of these textures claims to have been working in the texture industry for years, so you can trust that these are a pretty sweet deal
